How to create a just listed social media post

Use one strong property photo, a clear listing status and a small set of verified details. Add your agent branding, choose a portrait or story layout, and check the photo crop and text before downloading. Put the longer property story in your caption.

01

Give the property the first word.

Choose a photograph that clearly introduces the home. An exterior can establish the property immediately; a distinctive living space may work better when it is the feature you want to highlight. Use a photo that still reads clearly at a small size.

The editor fits the image to the selected layout. After choosing a template, check that the crop preserves the feature you meant to show. If you enhance a photograph, compare the result with the original before making it part of the listing.

02

Keep the graphic selective.

Start with the listing status, address, price and the key property facts the layout supports. Let the photograph remain the focus. Your name and contact information should be legible without competing with the property.

Long paragraphs belong in the accompanying caption. Use the final preview to spot crowded text, awkward address breaks or an oversized logo. Changing the design family can give the same information a different balance without re-entering it.

  • A verified listing status and address
  • The current asking price
  • Relevant bedrooms, bathrooms and area
  • Your agent branding and contact details

03

Choose the layout for where you will share it.

Mark My Listing offers two social output sizes. They are editor formats, not a guarantee that every social network will display the image identically. Preview the uploaded graphic in the destination app before publishing, especially around interface overlays.

Story1080 × 1920 pxA vertical introduction with short text

04

Let the caption continue the story.

Describe one or two features that a buyer can verify, then offer a clear next step. Replace every bracketed field in this example before using it. Keep the graphic and caption consistent if a price or property detail changes.

Just listed in [neighborhood]. [Address] offers [bedrooms] bedrooms, [bathrooms] bathrooms and [verified feature]. Asking [price]. Want to take a closer look? Contact [agent name] at [phone or email] for showing information.

05

Create and check your post.

Open Listing Post, upload your photo and enter the property details. You can also ask the Studio assistant to try a public Zillow, Realtor.com or Redfin listing link. Imports can be incomplete or blocked, so confirm the facts and add missing photos yourself.

Choose a design family, review the final preview and download your JPEG when your account has download access. Upload that file to your social app, add your caption, and check the composed post once more. Publishing and scheduling happen in your own social tools.
