Overview

Mark My Listing respects your privacy and is committed to handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the platform.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we may collect personal information such as your name and email address.

When you use the product, we may also process listing-related materials you upload or provide, including property images, logos, agent headshots, listing details, and other branding assets needed to generate marketing content.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to operate Mark My Listing, support account access, generate design outputs, improve the product experience, and respond to support or billing questions.

We may also use aggregated or limited usage information to understand how features are used and to improve reliability, performance, and product decisions.

Payments and Processing

Payment processing is handled securely through PayPal or related payment providers. Mark My Listing does not intentionally store full payment card details on its own servers.

Studio AI Assistant

When you send a message to Studio AI, your recent conversation and current listing brief are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply and, when requested, search public property sources. Account passwords, payment details, and agent profile records are not automatically included. Please do not enter credentials or confidential client information in the chat.

We keep request counts, timestamps, payment references, provider/model identifiers and available token usage to manage allowances, reconcile billing and prevent misuse. These usage records do not contain conversation text, uploaded images, passwords or API keys.

The assistant endpoint does not save conversations in our application database. The open chat stays in the current browser page; a question retained for sign-in and a brief prepared for the editor can remain in this tab for up to 30 minutes. AI providers process requests under their own service terms and retention policies.

Viewing a retrieved property photo connects your browser to its image host. Continuing with a selected photo uses the editor's existing import and storage flow. You can enter listing details and upload your own images instead of using AI search.

Cookies and Analytics

Mark My Listing may use cookies, session technology, and analytics tools to keep you signed in, understand product usage, maintain security, and improve the platform over time.

Sharing and Disclosure

Mark My Listing does not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, customer support, and payment processing partners, but only as needed to deliver the service.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and platform data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Mobile App

The mobile app uses the same account and online editor. Photos selected for a design use the platform’s existing upload and processing services. The app can also keep finished exports in private storage on your device, so they remain available without an internet connection. These local copies remain after signing out and can be removed from the Exports screen. Removing a local export does not delete a saved design or a copy already saved to Photos.

Saving a finished design to Photos uses your device’s permission controls. Sharing sends the selected design to the app or recipient you choose through the system share sheet. Camera photos may be held temporarily in the app’s device cache while being imported. The app does not request access to your contacts or location.
