You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access for the current paid period may continue until that billing period ends unless otherwise stated.
Payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once processed. This helps support access to the software, ongoing maintenance, and the delivery of digital service capacity during the active term.
If you believe you were charged in duplicate or billed by mistake, contact support and the issue will be reviewed in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
If there is a significant service issue that materially prevents normal use of Mark My Listing, we may review the situation and offer a discretionary refund, account credit, or other reasonable resolution where appropriate.
